  15.              _✓C_✓b reads the standard input which should be a C source file,
  16.              and writes a beautified version onto the standard output.

  19.              As everyone's idea of layout for C programs is different  cb
  20.              doesn't  re-arrange placing of brackets etc.  Its main usage
  21.              is for correcting indentation.
